Virtual Workshop: Gratitude Journals

Each ticket comes with a kit of supplies to make a gratitude journal as well as a smaller paint chip book for quick notes. We will explore the impact that gratitude has on our happiness when we make it a regular practice, and participants will collaborate on a plan for including it in their regular rhythms of life. We’ll use the gratitude journal and talk about other ways that someone can record feelings through other creative outlets.
This virtual workshop will be hosted over Zoom. Participants will need access to a device and wifi to connect.
This workshop satisfies steps 3-5 of the Cadette Book Artist Badge, and all steps of the Cadette Science of Happiness Badge.
