Broken crayons? How about works of art? Learn how to transform crayons into new fun shaped crayons, as well as frameable words, abstract shavings picture, and finish with discovering the melting crayon look.
This workshop is appropriate for ages 12 and up.

Collage Marionettes

Enjoy a story and build your own marionette animal out of recycled materials! Learn to build a puppet and enjoy open-ended art play during this 1 hour weekend workshop. Attendees can expect to enjoy a short book, learn how to assemble their own marionette puppet and can decorate it with the provided loose parts and art materials as they choose. Attendees can work on fine motor skills including tearing and gluing and stringing beads while using their imaginations to create an animal of their choice.
This workshop is appropriate for ages 6 to 9.

Mama Mia: Weaving

By

Mama Mia family art class will be learning about weaving in November. Kid artists will be painting strips of vibrant colors in class as their family helps them to weave the strips into a beautiful work of art. The completed pieces will be mounted so they will be suitable for framing or hanging. Come learn how to weave and flow original art.
