Donations
We are excited to receive your fine art, craft, school/office, and textile donations. We make it as easy as 1, 2, 3!
- Read our list of accepted materials. (We will return items to you if we cannot accept them.)
- Gather your items in a box or bin that we can keep. (No garbage bags!)
- Bring them to our donations table inside during store hours.
Donations are accepted during retail hours; no appointment needed.
Wed,Thur,Fri: 12pm to 6pm
Saturday: 10am to 6pm

- Mason jars (clean, no food jars)
- Wrapping paper (New only, no holiday)

- 3-D printer cut offs and scraps (Bigger than a quarter, no strings)
- Cardboard egg cartons
- Cardboard tubes of various sizes
- Empty thread spools of all sizes
- Fabric samples of all sizes
- Food pouch lids and plastic bottle caps (washed and dry)
Items Never Accepted:
- Anything with mold, animal droppings, insects, or water damage.
- Items that smell smokey or mildewy
- Dried out glue/paint/clay/etc.
- Completed or partially completed textile and craft projects
- Non-quilting cotton, fabric scraps (Quilting cotton scraps must be quarter size or larger)
- Household linens
- Furniture and electronics
- Building supplies & paint (Spray paint accepted!)
- Hardware and tools
- Empty food containers
- Homemade classroom supplies
- Textbooks and workbooks
- Project pamphlets, craft magazines, and books
- Used toiletries & personal care items
- Holiday decor
- CDs/DVDs and cases
- Adult clothing and shoes (Drop these in the BBBSKC bin in the parking lot!)
- Shatto milk lids and dried up markers

Kids in Need Donations
*NEW* We are proud to be focusing our outreach to children experiencing extreme poverty and homelessness through teachers. Educators will have access food, hygiene, personal care, and socks and underwear for their students when they shop for free school supplies in our Teacher Resource Center.

All Kids in Need donations need to be new in package, and not expired please!
