Log in to your account, read and sign the terms and agreement, pay your $35 membership fee and schedule a shopping experience. If you are unable to schedule a shopping experience it means that we are not open for shopping at that time. We will notify you when it is time to schedule a quarterly shopping experience. 

Teachers accepted to the TRC may schedule one shopping experience per quarter.

Every teacher must bring their school, photo ID and at least 3 large reusable shopping bags, or boxes to every shopping experience.  

You will be denied access to the TRC without your ID and there will be a 50 cent charge per bag, or box, supplied by the TRC if you forget your bags.

Teachers may shop as long as needed but will need to be checked out by closing time at 6:00 pm.  

Reasonable notice is expected if you cannot attend your scheduled shopping experience. Please notify Syd at teachersupplies@scrapskc.org with any scheduling needs. 

Any shopping appointment that needs to be rescheduled must be done online AT LEAST 24 hours in advance. The online system will not allow rescheduling within the 24-hour window. 

All teachers who do not show up for their scheduled appointment will lose their eligibility to shop at the TRC for the remainder of the academic year. 

Log in to your account and click on the "Modify Schedule" button or contact Syd at teachersupplies@scrapskc.org.

Due to space, children, partners, spouses, other teachers, etc. are not able to shop with you. Please note, children may not be left unattended in the ScrapsKC store while you are in the TRC.  

If you have a medical need and require shopping assistance, please contact Syd at teachersupplies@scrapskc.org 24 hours before your shopping experience. 

Only teachers who have been approved for this program are allowed to shop in the TRC.
